********** service on online order

I purchased some furniture on the MrP on 5/8/2018. They had a promotion for R500 off which was app**** all through the checkout. The next day I saw that the full amount sans discount was deducted from my husbands account. So I called the customer care and they said they would get back to me within the week. Now more than a week later, no one has sorted out my query, no discount or even an apology plus they are late on delivery. They claim the couriers already came to my residence but this is a lie. I don't even have an sms or email to say they came and I didn't answer. Call center agents are so rude and condescending. Never buying from them again.
