********** service at Mr Price Home

I have been doing online shopping for years. On 6 June I made a purchase from MR Price Home online store. After I paid for the order it goes quiet. Then I get an e-mail that I can collect my order from my local Mr Price Home on 18 June. When I get there they tell me sorry, the whole order has not arrived. I must wait, they will call me. No one ever called. On 3 July I return to the store after trying to phone the non existing number given by Mr Price Home to follow up on my order. The order is stille not there. I request that we contact them from from the store. They tell us they sent the order. We told them that the order was incomplete. Oh, they but you got a refund. I told them that I did not receive a refund. Oh, they say the order is still open they will send it. Today I get an e-mail telling me it's my lucky day because I am getting a refund for the missing item, but not in cash. No. I get Mr Price Home vouchers. Rediculous. This has honestly been such a bad experience. So disappointed. I must add though that the ladies who assisted me at Mr Price Home Vaal Mall were lovely and professional.
