Hello Please assist I went to Mr Price home (Big Bay Mall in Cape Town) in September to pay my then account and I advised the lady to close it .I signed a form,was then told it will take 3-5 working days. Late September I went to Mr Price Home in Bayside mall to check if the account is closed,it wasn’t,I filled in another form. Till today that account is still open
