Have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund for furniture that Mr. Price already received back

I wish I could give less than one star. Online order *** I placed an order online on 29 Jan It was delivered 12 February (after numerous calls) The couch was not appropriate and the coffee table was damaged. I logged a return on 15 February The 2 items were collected 20 Feb 6 weeks and no refund or no communication from Mr. Price My online order status still says Ready to Be Shipped so I can’t track anything there. I have tried WhatsApp Chats / Live Chats / Emails / Phone Calls. The Live Chat and WhatsApp chat agents are clueless. They just say that it has been referred to the warehouse for a refund. No one has ever responded to my numerous emails. And they are just too busy to Anwer the phone - ever. You would think Mr Price can employ more people. Now they want to know if both items were collected - I wish I could attach the entire Whatsapp thread. My next option is to go to my nearest Mr Price Home Branch at Clearwater and just take a couch and coffee table. I dont want those items but its at least better than nothing. I will never support Mr Price again!
