HARRASMENT

I have been a loyal customer to Mr Price for many years, however have been left with a very poor taste in my mouth by an apparent staff member in their accounts department named Mrs White. After being retrenched late last year I fell behind with payments on my Mr Price account and agreed upon a payment arrangement with them. Although I am still R2000 in arrears, I have faithfully been paying the monthly instalment on my account & converse with them on a monthly basis confirming the payment arrangement and I receive an SMS from them confirming. A coloured lady continues to call me repeatedly from the following number: *** monthly, 1 call after another including Saturday mornings sometimes starting at 7am and one incident even took place on 14/09/2015 at 19:58 & again at 19:59. This woman is down right rude and tries her best to intimidate me by threatening me with a bureau listing that I will no longer answer to this number. After having spoken to a gentleman in accounts last week he advised me that notes were infact listed on the system confirming the payment arrangement as well as dates I call etc so why does this woman continue to harass & threaten the way she does?
