Haaa ... Mr. Price Home really???

I visited Mr Price Home in Rosebank Mall on Saturday morning to purchase curtains and curtain rods... firstly their colour selection was very poor...I wanted thicker type curtains or with a lined backing.. ..I had the window dimensions with me and needed some advise as which size of curtains I needed...after asking staff it became clear that nobody could help me and they did not know where the curtain person was. I makes some calls to friends to get advise and made my selection only to find out that they could not help me with the curtain rods I needed...one staff member told me to go to Game?? I decided to purchase the curtains anyway... now secondly when it came to paying, there was only one person at the till counter, there were others but they were chatting. One young man was looking very frustrated and obviously could not get his till to work. I waited patiently until a second lady arrived form a backroom and without looking up or making any eye contact or even apologising....uttered "Next customer" those were the only two words. I walk forward and said are you sure you want to serve me...she did not answer. She then asked me to remove my back pack from the counter ... I then looked at her and said "don't worry I will buy curtains at another shop and packed away my wallet...I was turning to leave when she shouted "next customer" I had not left the counter..... really Mr. Price are these your trained staff and is this way they deal with customers...really ... I will never set foot in any of your stores again... even if it means paying 50% MORE ... THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE... Mr Price are you to big a company to care....?????
