Great service

I made an online order and later decided to cancel it. I called Mr Price home's call centre and did not even hold for 2mins. I spoke to Michelene Lawrance who was really helpful, she updated my information on the system and made sure that my request went through the same day as I called in just before knock off time. My order was about to go on delivery status which would cause me to follow the returns process. I then dealt with Wilfred which is the store Manager at Clearwater mall and he really impressed me with his great service as he updated me about my refund at all times and even went an extra mile to contact me when the store had enough funds while he was off duty. Keep up the good work!
