Great attitude

I was in your Retail crossing store yesterday and this is the second time I have felt I needed to compliment one of your staff , I was wondering around Pe the store , with some items in my hand you could see I was looking for something , however none of the staff who saw me asked to assist , until Proud saw me , asked if I could help , told her what I was looking fo and she led me straight to it , not the normal 'out of stock ' or we haven't received it ! What an asset to your company, thank you PROUD MDLULI <br>
