Googled Mr Price home riverside contact details whereby the number that appeared was not a direct line to the store, however I spoke to a lady who never even introduced herself I requested for a direct line which took her almost 20min to get back to me while am holding, even when she returned to me she never apologized for making me hold that long... Horrible customer service from the lady at Head offfice which makes me wonder is this the service that is also rendered at the store level...
