Goods to be returned not picked up

I purchased a bed online at Mr Price Home in January. When it was finally delivered it turned out that I had bought a base and not a full bed. I initiated a return online on their website within the same week and I did not receive a response from Mr Price with regards to when the bed would be collected up by the courier company.<br> <br> I have since made numerous calls and sent emails to Mr Price Home and they keep dropping my phone calls every time they say they are transferring me to the courier company. <br> <br> I am unhappy at the service I have received and despite initiating a return Mr Price is billing me and adding interest to my account for a bed they should have collected up almost a month ago.<br> <br> The advertising on the website is misleading with regards to selling a bed yet it is just a base. it is also ludicrous that I have to pay a fee just for the bed to be collected at my premises when it is a return.<br> <br> I would like this bed to be collected and my account reversed with the amount for the bed and for my account to be closed at Mr Price immediately.
