Goods ordered online, funds debited against my account but no record of order on Mr Price website...This has happened twice in the last two days!!

<p>On two seperate occasions this week I placed orders online. The funds were debited against my account but Mr Price have no record of the order. I have phoned, emailed etc and have not received a satisfactory response. I was told at 4.30 pm tgat a Supervisor would call me asap. It is no 5.53 pm and no call. I have lodged a complaint on the Facebook page and having gone through the customer reviews I noticed that this seems to be a trend....so while they are sitting with the funds in their bank account and earning interest, I am losing interest and it is now my problem to get the matter resolved. Makes one wonder.......</p>
