GOODS MISSING FROM BAG

I bought a few things from Mr Price Home at Kollonade Retail Park, Zambezi. We saw them packing the stuff into different bags. The big cushion was packed into a big bag, the kitchen stuff was packed into a smaller bag and put into the big cushion bag and the bath mats were also packed into a separate bag with some other items. <br> I couldn't check the whole packing because I was busy paying for my staff and so I assumed that the smaller two bags were placed into the big bag.<br> <br> The security lady signed the slip at the door without checking all the bags and I assumed that the cashier was honest and everything was in the bag. When I got home I saw that the bath mats was missing and some off the smaller items. I went back immediately to go and fetch the other bag. Luckily I got the bag but it was very suspicious that the bag was half hidden under other stuff when I went to collect my bag. And why didn't the lady call me back when she saw there was lying another bag on the counter?????? Her excuse was that she didn't saw the bag when we left only later on???
