Thank you for the excellent customer service experience!<br> Had some concerns with Mr Price not being quite up-to-it with their IT and online departments (and then delivery caused further issues) and was experiencing frustration ... especially when considering the size of the company one would expect a more professional streamlined service.<br> Shamla assisted me throughout with kindness, consideration and humour.<br> What a treat being looked after by someone who heard my concerns and actually went about dealing with things with such understanding and efficiency.<br> I can only hope her manager is well aware of her qualities and that she is well looked after in her future endeavours with the Mr Price Group as she is an extremely rare find in this day and age.<br> Retailers need to take note when customers take the time to make detailed complaints. People like me take the time so companies can understand what they need to do for us so we are less frustrated by what is being offered ... because we are the KA-CHING you want to hear and WE WANT DECENT SERVICE from the get-go!!<br> <br> THANX Shamla : )
