GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!

I ordered furniture from Mr Price over a month ago. One of the units came completely damaged. I waited more than 3 WEEKS for them to collect the unit, after a lot of fighting! Now its been over a week and I still have not received my refund?! Are they *****ing from me????!!!!! The Online Team is rude and unhelpful- the only thing they repeatedly tell me is “we are sorry, your issue has been escalated”. I have been speaking to a lady by the name of Precious, she keeps telling me the same thing and then drops the chat while I am still busy talking to her. This is shocking from Mr Price Home! I will keep on posting these reviews I want everyone to know how terrible their service is!!!!!

I have been holding on the phone for 10 minutes- as the lady is “following”? Where do you get your staff from??? They do not care about your business or your customers.

I will rather support small businesses- way better service, quality and prices!!!!
