GIFT VOUCHER

I bought a gift voucher for my kids. 2 weeks after the purschased date lockdown was announced. When the store re-opend my kids wanted to spend their voucher. With shock they were told it was redeemed at another branch, but they are still in posession of the voucher with a 0 balance on it. Mr Price Home will investigate, 3 weeks later still no answer?????????? shocking
