Gift Registry

Recently my fianc? and I went to the Centurion Mr Price Home store to open a gift registry. I first noticed that the staff are not well trained as we waited a while before the manager was able to help us. After we went through the store and selected the items to add to our gift registry, we handed in the scanning machine to a staff member at the counter. She was not willing to assist and passed the scanner to another staff member who just left the scanner on the counter. When I asked about it she said that it would be added to our account.<br> Today I visited the Mr Price Home store at the Centurion Lifestyle Centre, once again I noticed that the staff are not aware of how to use this system, and we had to wait for someone else to assist, again. She explained to us that no items were placed on our registry and the Centurion store did not add our items. This is very frustrating as it took us a long time to do, and because the staff from the Centurion Mall store are untrained and unwilling to assist, our registry had no items on it. Also, the store at the lifestyle centre has no scanner, so we had to write down the codes on paper. Surely a large store like this should have a scanner?
