Furniture bought but it almost a month of it not being delivered

I bought furniture on the 4th of April to be delivered within 7 days. It’s now the 25th of April and even calling last week and being promised that it will be delivered immediately but there’s still no delivery.

I was told that when it’s with the delivery company it is out of their hands. How is that possible? I paid for a sleeper couch and I don’t remember being told that I am risking it not being delivered.

May I please have my furniture delivered I paid for it including delivery and it’s almost a month now.
