FRUSTRATED AND SAD!

I am so frustrated. I ordered a couch online through the store because they told me the process would be stressless but this couldn't be far from the truth. I was told that the order would arrive at the store within 4-7 working days, today is the 7th day and no one can tell me where my couch is. I have been following up with Mr Price every second day the call centre agents (Ntombi and Zandi) I have spoken to still can't give me an answer about where my couch is and when it will be delivered. They are telling me that it is stuck with the courier company but they can't get a hold of them for an update. I am very frustrated with the lack of communication and the incompetency of Mr Price Home. At this point, I just want my couch or my money back - honestly!
