FRUSTRATED!!!!!

I will never order anything online with them again. I after making an order , my money was taken, I waited just to get a response to when I can go in-store to collect my stuff, so before then I receive an sms saying thank you for buying blablabla, I decided to go online to follow up with the order, only to be told that the order did not go though due to technical issues and my money was taken, so frustrated, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE, BETTER GO INSTORE!!!!!
