Friendly phone service and going the extra mile!

Thank you to Lufuno from the Atterbury branch for answering the phone, for his friendly helpfulness and especially for going the extra mile! Was in Brooklyn Mall yesterday and saw a specific duvet design I liked but it was not available in the 3/4 size I wanted. The sale assistant's attitude was take-or-leave the single or king on offer. This morning I phoned 4 other branches. The only person to pick up the phone was Lufuno of Atterbury Mr Price Home. Not only was he friendly on the phone, but he also took the trouble to go and look for me, and then when it was not available in that size either, he offered to look on the system to see if they were available elsewhere. They were - at Lynnridge Mall, one of the other branches who did not answer when I phoned at 09h30 this morning. Well done, Lufuno! You did yourself and your company proud!
