i received a wedding voucher from a friend, purchased at Mall of the North, the card has no funds however R2 000 Was paid into the store, the debit card shows the transaction and the slip also shows the payment, i have been calling the customer care no help and the branch number is not going through, R2 000 Gone just like that, no one has been able to help or reply
