********** purchases on my account for the 2nd time

I have an account with Mr Price home and I have not used it for a while. To my surprise I received a bill in June with purchases I know nothing about, I queried it and was asked to do an affidavit and wait for 30 working days, we are now in August and no one cares to call me, instead I am getting collection calls, I must just say that their service sucks
