What a disappointment! 02 February 2020 we bought a gift voucher from Mr price home Mall of Africa for my brother and sister's wedding. Today I received a call from Mr price Jabulani Mall requesting for a receipt and I told them it inside the voucher. Only to find out that my sister was there to redeem the voucher and she was told the voucher does not have any money , when we louded R1000 on that voucher at Mall of Africa . To cut the story short the voucher was not loaded, thank you to the Jabulani Mall team who eventually helped my sister after she was sent back offcoz as they were still investigating.

Words cannot explain the level of disappointment, We were receiving calls to verify this like we are some *********. How do you continue trusting this brand! Imagine buying a gift for someone and than go through this?? Can you really give a customer a voucher that you know very well thst you did not load but you swiped their bank card and gave them a receipt ?? How must we buy love ones gifts now???? Ooh no maybe we should never buy gift cards from Mall if Africa.

Mall of Africa Mr Price Home never again!
