Just want to say service is so bad in the first place. Then received a gift voucher for my birthday that was never used and when trying to use it today the balance is R0.00 which is very odd to my concern! Ask Mr Price Home employees to assist on giving me info on how the balance is R0.00 and the only help i get is to say it was used online by someone else. So to my concern not only do they then sell gift cards that can be cloned and used by another person but also whom says that their online website is even secured if anyone can get info for gift cards purchased in store which indicated to my that anyone with an online account with them is not safe and their personal info as well. Very unhappy about this situation to the point where i will mever shop from Mr Price again and would not recommend family or friends to go back to any of their stores!!!!!
