***** department at mrprice doesn't care

I received notification on my phone about purchases made on my mrprice account of R5600 in Welkom,I immediately called mrprice but dy were closed...hw do u close ur inquiries before the stores closes...I contacted them in the morning 2 report n I was given an email address to email their ***** department which I dd n up till now not evn an acknowledgement of them receiving my affidavit or anything...I just want 2 close this account n nver shop thre ever...so ***********....dy dnt care about their customers at all..im depressed right nw about this entire ordeal n iv hd my account 4 over 7yrs...I jus want to pay off wt I know I owe n nver look bk
