Good day. My mom bought a lot of goods at your Mr Price Home Secunda - just before the lockdown. She took it to Marloth Park. Lockdown started and they could not come back to Secunda. Finally, when the lockdown was downgraded, they came back to Secunda and she returned a lot of the stuff - they gave her a voucher, due to the fact that she did not had the slip anymore. The voucher was for R4 239-71. On 28.05.2020 she used the voucher for an amount of R379-99. The amount of R3 859.72 was left on the card. She used it again on 02.06.2020 with an amount of R639-95. The money left on the card was R3 219-77. My mom went to Mr Price Home Malelane. When she got to the till to pay, she handed them the voucher card and the guy told her that there is no money on the voucher left. He phoned a number and they told them that the money was used in the Mall of Africa. They said that they will investigate. This is unacceptable as my mom did not use this card or the money..... this is *****. They need to refund her this money - the card is still with my mom..... they must watch the video footage at the store. How can we please resolve this. I don't feel it is fair that my mom must loose the money. I will really appreciate if someone can please call me ***) or my mom ***) so that we can resolve this. Thank you
