Faulty Couch

<p>I bought a couch on the 25th of May at Mr Price Home- Mall of Africa, and it was delivered to me on the 27th of May with legs that are not the right size. I went back to the store on the 28th of May to exchange the legs. On the 28th as I was *****ing the legs in, the middle hole connector where the leg has to be insterted on came out. Now my couch doesn't have 1 leg. I emailed Mr price home, they said I should return the couch to the store. First of all, I paid for delivery, it was R300. I can't organise a delivery and pay again, and this time will be double. I contacted the customer centre and the call was answered by a lady called Maria. As I was explaining my problem to her she just dropped the call. Can this be solved please. It's either you give me my money back or you delivery a couch of good quality.</p>
