My 11 year old daughter bought herself a bedding with her birthday present money from your store (Vincent park)

After walking around looking for specifically a glow in the Dard bedding, she finally found one at your store! However she later discovered that it does not glow not even a little bit. This is very disappointing for a little girl and unbelievable to think the lie to get people to buy their stuff (these are her exact words)

I'm very disappointed myself and would like to get some sort of apology that will be addressed to her and she spent "her money" buying what she has been hoping for but Mr Price ruined it for her.

I'm furthermore shocked with the response that I must take up my complaint with the store as it's an in-store purchase. So my question is "is it the store that manufacture and label products" Come on Mr Prince, this is really very low for a store of this magnitude!
