FALSE ADVERTISING, BAD ATTITUDE

<p>On Sunday, 4 December 2016 my partner and I went into Mr Price Home The Grove to shop for supplies for the Christmas season. I came accross an isle that had a "Buy4 get 2free" special offer. That's all the banner said (see attached photo). So I took 18 of the products on the shelve (which were jam jars in various sizes and colours". When we were checking out I noticed that the discount wasn't being app**** I said something to the cashier and she walked to the shelf, picked up ONE OF TWO (JUST TWO) glasses on one of the shelves and yelled, "THIS IS ON SPECIAL".</p> <p>False advertising irks me. And I feel that I should be getting the items that were advertised as on special, for the special price.</p> <p>What irks me more is the attitude of the cashier. Her nametag said that her name was "Liza". Service at Mr Price Home The Grove has always been slow and unfriendly/unhelpful, but the fact that she was acting like she was somehow doing us a favour, that she yelled and that she heckled us when we left both trolleys of stuff behind when we walked away, is unacceptable.</p> <p>I would like to close my Mr Price account immediately as I no longer wish to do business with a company like yours.</p>
