False Advertising

I was In Mr Price Home this weekend gone. They had a special on for the Retro shelfs. There was a variety of colors on display with a shelf price stating take R400 off, the original price of R1800.

I requested for a red one, and the kind gentleman assisted by giving me the red and carried this to the till point. Only at till point after scanning, the staff at the till said sorry ma'am but the red does not cover this promotional price.

I am very disappointed as the sign on the promotion did not say it excludes the red color, and this was my initial purposes of visiting the store to purchase this.

False Advertising, disappointed customer.
