False advertising

On December I payed off my account. Now I'm receiving calls that I owe money for sim card. A sim card that I'm not using. During all this years with Mr price I never received a statement showing that I have a sim connect with them. As soon as I pay off the account it now shows that I have it. I have called them they told me they get back to me it's been a month now. Why all this years the statement didn't show that I'm paying for sim connection why now. I'm going to pay for something that I don't use. The agreement was once I receive the sim via mail and start using it they will charge me. But I have not used it. So they are selling customs lies now. Did call and check if I've received it and I'm using. No they didn't they assumed that I have it and I'm using it without checking with me. I will not pay for something that I don't use or have.
