False Advertising

So we found a couch online L seater for R 5000 we went to go purchase it... We had to walk to the payment desk twice to ask to be attended to and when they finally brought the couch it was one piece for R5000 meaning the whole set was R 10 000. They refused to give us the whole set for R 5000 even though it was wrongly advertised and the Manager said a mistake was made on the website. This was not my mistake. I ended up buying other couches that where on special and a sleeper couch that is so flimsy. I then contacted the customer care via e-mail and was told "Hi Ronel Lu****,
