Stop playing games with me. You sent a voucher which I did not ask for, I called you and told you I do not want a voucher, the consultant told me about 'policy' that is not even in your own company policy and was not able to answer where exactly is that in your policy that I am NOT liable to my refund. She then said I will get my refund in 5 - 7 days which was not sent. I emailed you again, you telling me you cannot do that refund but your policy says otherwise. Please refund me my money the same way I paid you. I AM CERTAIN YOU CAN do a refund, you just refusing to cos you couldnt, you wouldve specified and should warn us before we buy in your store. Basically you **** to get me off your back knowing you not going to process my refund.
