FAILURE TO DELIVER

<p>How pathetic is Mr Price?!</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed an online order on 02 May 2017, chose the "store express" delivery option (i.e. 1- 3 working days) because that time frame would have suited the date by which I needed the items ordered. </p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned now to find out what is happening because I have not received any confirmation that my order is ready for collection at the store I chose, only to be told by one Ashley that there is a delay due to the public holidays in recent weeks. HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM?! At no point in time was advised that there mihgt be a delay. The best part is that I PAID FOR DELIVERY while Mr Price fails to keep to their obligations!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I would advise all out there to not order from them as they clearly have no intention to stick to their obligations while casually taking our money. I, for one, will most definietly not be buying anything from Mr Price ever again.</p>
