Failed Online Order but Billed

I recently placed an order on online for mr price home items. At the end of the ordering process, the payment was made but an error on the website occurred and the order was cancelled. This happened three times. With the three times that this occurred, my card was processed and funds went through.

I've tried to email about a refund and I am not getting assistance.

I've tried to call for my refund, I am not getting assistance.

This is over R12 000 and my card has no funds for me to use because Mr Price is holding them hostage.
