Factory Fault
Hello Peter<br> <br> I bought a couch at Mr Price Home, after a month it started making squeaking sound, the arm was broken, reported the matter to the shop and i was told there will be a refund or i can exchange if i like, but after a day i received a call from the shop to be told that the head office cant assist i need to fix the couch my self.
