Extremely unsatisfied : Incomplete online order delivered & Bad customer service

I ordered a floor Lamp set online, but only received a metal rod, without the lamp shade, floor base and *****s to help hold up the lampshade. I reported this matter to Mr Price Home on the 8th of April when my order got delivered, but to this date my issue is still unresolved, 3 weeks later. I have been emailing and calling the call center to get updates because no one ever gets back to me even though I've been promised that someone will be in contact with me.

On the 21st of April the metal rod was collected, but I'm still in the dark about what's to follow simply because I haven't followed up and if I don't follow up myself, nobody from Mr Price will give me "that courtesy" to update me.

I was requested to give a review on my purchase and I expressed my dissatisfaction on how my order was handled, and I received a response on my review on the 20th of April, stating that further investigations will be conducted, but as per usual 3 days later no one has gotten back to me.
