EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER - Mr Price Hillcrest, KZN.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at you Hillcrest branch in Kwazulu Natal.

Firstly let me begin by telling you that although I love to shop at your Pavillion branch, I was completely gobsmacked when I walked in to your Hillcrest store today.

I have a huge passion for decorating my home, however I also have OCD (LOL!!) so I love structure and organization in my life which really helps outside of my home environment aswell. So this review may or may not be based on my own personal choice, but I think it's vital for you (Head Office) to know what an impact this store had on me today :)

I spent over 2 hours at the Pavillion branch yesterday, purchased quite a bit, but only only after experiencing your Hillcrest store today did I realize my trip could have been shortened and less overwhelming had I rather just gone to the Hillcrest store from the start. I honestly thought the Pavillion branch was the biggest one and had the biggest and best variety....... WELL WAS I WRONG.

I have never seen such a well organized store. From the second I walked through the entrance my ideas all came together and I knew exactly what I wanted, got it all and left a VERY Happy customer. All within 20 minutes. This store definitely has a much better and bigger selection than Pavillion.

The staff, every single one of them which were on duty today when I was there deserves to be recognized for their hard efforts and what very clearly appears to be a strong team. All of them had smiles on their faces and were very happy to help. Every isle I walked down I saw a staff member packing and neatening the shelves, with Pride!! Something else which I found extremely appealing was how the attention to detail throughout this store showed through. All displays were perfectly packed (honestly, if you were to put a ruler, everything would be perfectly aligned and straight). Everything is labelled correctly and the pricing visible.

I was looking for a specific size in the bed linen (single fitted sheet extra depth) , which I found very challenging at the Pavillion store(not only was there Noone around to help it was also difficult just finding the selections of single sizing let alone the size I was actually looking for)everything was very complicated and the sizing was all out of order. Looking back now, what this really boiled down to was the fact that because Hillcrest store is just perfect (how I like to shop) everything is packed in order and although I didn't find the size I wanted one of your floor staff very quickly found it within 10 Seconds. I probably could have found it myself but thought I was better off asking someone first.

There is nothing one could possibly fault this store on. I honestly felt a sense of accomplishment after leaving this store today.

I will definitely be calling Mr Price Hillcrest branch my HOME from now on.

SERIOUSLY, WELL DONE TEAM HILLCREST??
