Extremely Disappointing Service and Miscommunication

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with Mr Price's online shopping experience. I placed an order for collection on 8th August 2024 and have been dealing with a frustrating series of delays and miscommunications ever since.

Despite being told multiple times that my items were with the courier and would be delivered to the store soon, it has now been over a week, and one of my items is still undelivered. I was repeatedly promised updates and delivery, only to be met with silence and continued delays.

To make matters worse, after being assured by a customer service representative that I could collect the duvet inner directly from the store because they had stock, I went to the store only to be told by the manager that this was not possible and that I would still need to wait for the delivery. This level of miscommunication and lack of coordination is simply unacceptable.
