Extremely Bad service

I went to Mr Price home at Woodlands to return for a refund that needed to be processed but because of the promotion running with the product I had bought before the promotion the system couldn’t capture the original amount .

The manager her name is Constance came to assist or rather I had thought so , her approach had a bad attitude didn’t even greet ... and told me they can’t give me the refund because of the system , she then asked me what I think we should do and told me with no solution at hand I must return with product back home ...

She started back chatting and I asked for the numbers to call the store to find out if the matter can be resolved once after the promotion has expired and wrote them down and threw the paper at me .
