Extremely bad customer service

I am highly upset. I placed an order online on the Mr Price app on November 22. My order number was ********** 01193. There were two parcels that got shipped out with ON THE DOT COURIERS with *** ********** 7 and #OFT1S ********** 4. The parcels got handed over to DAWN WING. Somehow, both now shipped under the same shipping number OFT1S ********** 7. One of the two parcels got delivered on November27. On both DAWN WING and Mr. Price's systems, it shows that both parcels got delivered. I called Mr. Price on Tuesday November, 28. They informed me that I should speak to DAWN WING themselves. After spending hours and a lot of airtime, they told me that they will look into it and contact me. That never happened. I complained to Mr. Price on their facebook page. They then called me and said that they will sort it out and contact me with information. This happened on November 30. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them yet. And, what enrages me even more, is that now they are totally unresponsive to my facebook messages. They don't even read them. It is impossible to talk to them. I sent them a message on December 4 and it is still unread. I called the Randburg branch of DAWN WING and they informed me that they never received the other parcel. I know that this is a very busy time of year, but it's no excuse for bad customer service. I will only be home until December 24. After that, I will be out of town and then at work every day. This means that the parcel has to be delivered this week. If the parcel is really missing like DAWN WING said, I want a refund.
