EXPRESS DELIVERY ORDER: *** NOT RECEIVED!!

I placed an order last week Monday and paid for express delivery as I urgently needed the stuff before the weekend. I tried tracking it from the site and it takes me to On the dot courier service and my order status says "business closed"! What does this mean please? I was supposed to have received my order last Friday but nothing arrived! The order number is ***. I need this sorted out immediately and maybe knowing that the *********** courier company you choose to use, that can't get the job done, would be more than enough reason for you to use someone more reliable instead? I am truly disgusted with Mr Price's continuous pathetic service and never even take the complaints and use it to actually change their system. They are quite content having their standard of "horror service"! I need to know when I'm receiving my order or please issue me a refund. I ordered it using 1-3 days express delivery and I definitely want a refund on that! I have also wrote a complaint about this and sent it to the National Consumer Commission for review. I expect feedback about my order and delivery asap!
