Express Delivery I think NOT !!

An online order was placed on the 28.09.2015 and store express delivery was chosen. To date the 05th October no order has been received - Express store delivery is 1-3 working days . I am dissapointed in the lack of communication I received when I log my query on Friday with 3 different people, they were all indifferent to my frustration in not getting any feedback. The order I placed was for a gift for a wedding on Saturday the 03 October 2015. I went to a wedding with no gift and it is embarrassing that I will by need to deliver a wedding gift after a wedding to the bride and groom. Mr Price Home did not deliver on their promise , nor did the customer services department attempt to help me. I paid shipping costs for something I never got in time. I am embarrassed that I attended a wedding with no gift and this was not my mistake. Mr Price Home Please advise how you can help in this situation !! A simple apology will not help in this situation!!
