Exceptional customer service

<p>So a couple of weekends ago I had some trouble with an item that was out of stock at the Tygervalley branch, and subsequently at Canal Walk after being told by a staff member that they have 8 of these items in stock, which they unfortunately didn't.</p> <p> </p> <p>After messages the Mr Price Home social media team via Facebook I was flabbergasted when my problem was more than sorted out. It's very rare to receive such amazing customer support, and the person who resolved my problem should get a bronze statue in front of Mr Price head office in his or her honour.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you!</p>
