Excellent Service From Alfred - Retail Crossing

I recently visted Mr Price Home at Retail Crossing Little Falls. After 30 minutes of waiting to be assisted by one of the reps on the floor with no luck, a gentleman named Alfred assisted my husband and I.

Alfred was phenomenal. He was folding mats at the time he saw us, he helped us in every department. All the things we wanted that were not there he found and reserved for us at other branches in 5 minutes and did all this with a smile on his face. He assisted with folding and unfolding mats so I could be sure it was the one I wanted. He ran around the store checking to see if there was the pillows I wanted. He resembles what customer service should be.
