Excellent Customer Service from Alfred

<p>I have been meaning to write this review for quite a while now but never got the chance until now.</p> <p> </p> <p>During the December holidays in 2016 I went to Mr Price Home at Retail Crossing by Cnr Hendriek Potgieter and Nic Diederichs to purchase a pedastal, and I must say that the service I got from a gentleman called Alfred was superb beyond words. The pedastal that I wanted was made of two parts and due to past exeprience I requested that we opened the box and assemble it at the store to make sure that I am not buying faulty goods and what do you know, the pedastal was indeed faulty.</p> <p> </p> <p>Alfred assured me that he will find the perfect one for me if I had the time to which I rep**** "Please!". What impressed me is that he went through 4 or 5 boxes assembling and putting the parts back in the boxes without any complains or any show of annoyance. His humbleness and calm nature infected me such that I also became very patient and started going through the boxes with him while we chatted and shared a few laughs. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have experienced a few situations at stores where the staff was not helpful and always talked about knock off time while still on duty, but Alfred was quite the opposite. He completely understands customer service and why he is there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Alfred, please keep it up and stay humble and focussed. You will achieve great things</p> <p> </p>
