Excellent customer service at Greenstone Mall

Excellent customer service from Nurse at the Greenstone Mall branch! After terrible customer service at Stoneridge I walked out and went to Greenstone Mall across the road and was greeted with a friendly smile from a lady at the door. I was looking for something specific and asked her if she would assist me. She was more than willing and went out of her way to find what I was looking for. She kept in touch with me the entire time and when I went to collect she was on a break, but the other friendly lady helped me. As I was going up the escalator I saw Nurse running after me to make sure I got my things and was satisfied. I will most certainly do all my home shopping at this branch in future! ;-)
