EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Myself and mom visited the MR PRICE HOME store in NORTHGATE yesterday 06.02.2022 to exchange an item. When they tried to do the transaction there was some system error which resulted in my credit amount being less. The cashier assisting us called his supervisor SYLVIA to assist. The system kept throwing out the incorrect amount, but no one knew what what going on and couldn't explain anything. At this point it was getting so frustrating and I just wanted to leave the goods however Sylvia kept insisting she wanted to figure out what the issue was. Eventually she done something on her system and everything went through and checked out our goods. I want to say a big THANK YOU to Sylvia for her persistence, remaining calm, kind and helpful. She deserves a day off for her excellent customer service!!
