Excellent Customer Service

I requested stock items via the Mr Price Homet customer services,to be send to my local store at Zambesi instead they said to talk with the store directly as it was sale items. I spoke to Keith one of the managers and he personally sourced and collected the items for me. And made contact with me. We have a terminally ill baby and she has been hospitalised in the Neonatal ICU ward a lot and herefore wasn't able to collect the items as yet but, and is on oxygen nachine and life support machines. But keith kept my items and even got another staff member Ruweida to assist me should he not be available, they kept it for me. And that you don't get to experience in retail stores. Or this type of service anymore its rare. . I'm so gratefull for this service, patience and attention. I just want to thank Keith and Ruweida from the bottom of my heart. Your company have excellent staff. And I'm glad I got this kind of treatment from them. Thank you
