Error on Vodacom phones when browsing

I have contacted the group before to let them know but apparently they couldn't care if you cannot view their site on your Vodacom phone. I surf their site often and after about half an hour, it gives a \400 Bad Request". I have suggested how it can be fixed and the problem is still persisting. Does the department that does their websites have no sense of pride to fix an error like this?"""
